Building Africa's Tomorrow with Sustainable Development
Halo understands that infrastructure-led development will drive industrialisation and is critical for Africa’s future. Our initial focus on housing has naturally led us into related sectors, especially infrastructure and service industries, which are essential to support development. Halo has a substantial pipeline of projects, some of which are listed below, with many others at the design and planning stage.

NAMIBIA

Housing
The development of a new lifestyle city comprising 50,000 housing units, schools, hospitals, a central business district, and all related infrastructure and services. The first phase of planning is approved, and construction will commence in the 4th quarter of 2025. The development will have a strong emphasis on affordability and will deliver world-class services to the inhabitants.
Student Accommodation
The objective of this development is to offer off-campus affordable accommodation to students in Namibia. The student village, comprising 2,500 units, is designed to provide space to socialize, sleep, study, and dine within the scope of intimate village clustering. The design brief was to create a village concept, elevating the types of spaces that students encounter daily, creating more flexibility and broader diversity in the residence life experience.
Healthcare
Halo has several healthcare projects in Namibia, including the construction of a 400-bed specialist hospital offering a broad range of specialist services. The project is at the design stage and is likely to begin construction in 2026.
Telecoms
Halo Group will commence its first telecoms project in Namibia, including the installation of a fibre network connecting all our developments. We will supply a full spectrum of services to our customer base, catering to individual needs, businesses, and governments:
